Estimates use 107 finishers from 2024, 2026 (results from OpenSplitTime), weighted toward runners who finished near your goal. Weather and course changes make every year different, so treat these as a guide and follow live tracking on race day.

Pacers · 55K

Pacers welcome — multiple OK, one at a time. Pacers can start at Zig Zag (mile 15) and Mueller Park (mile 20).

Pacers may not start or stop at Bountiful Peak.
Pacers must check in with the aid station crew before their runner arrives, and pick up a bib if they didn’t get one at packet pickup.
Runners add their pacer’s info on the runner check-in. Pacers don’t fill it out.

Crews · 55K

Crew assistance is allowed only at the start, Zig Zag, Mueller Park and the finish.
Zig Zag: parking was a mess last year. Please park on the road and walk up.
Bountiful Peak has dirt road access, but keep it clear for runners and aid station staff. No crew there.
One drop bag, at Mueller Park. Start-line clothes go to the finish as a separate service, not a drop bag.

Crew checklist

Download offline maps — several stations have little or no cell service.
Print this sheet or save the link: it works without signal once loaded.
Warm layers, headlamps and a chair for night waits.
Your runner’s favorite food and a spare set of socks and shoes.
Park only where each station says. Many lots double as the aid station.
Agree on a plan for each crew stop before the start.
